Hello Titans,

I am Mrs. Hernandez, your school social worker. I am here to assist you with any Socio-emotional support and or be available to connect you to community resources to help alleviate any identified need you may have including but not limited to Food, Shelter, Clothing or Therapy.

I am so thrilled to welcome you back to the 2024-2025 school year! I want to let you know that I am here to support you through whatever hardships come up throughout the school year.

As a reminder, extend grace and kindness to yourself but also to others as changes continue to occur and everyone continues to adapt to keep your well-being and safety as our top priority.
