Transcripts can be requested on the phone, fax or in person. All requests must have a picture ID to receive official transcript. Once your transcript has been processed, we will inform you by phone to pick up your copy or mail it to the location of your choice.

or mail your request along with your money, or money order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS) to 10800 E. Benavon St. Whittier, CA. 90606.
Please remember to include your full name, maiden name, year of graduation, date of birth, and a daytime phone number.
Official Transcripts may be used for the following.
Current students may request transcripts, test scores, immunization records, for colleges, universities, scholarships, and personal use free of charge.
Alumni may request copies of their transcripts and immunization records for a minimal fee of $5.00 per document. (cash or money order only!!)
If you would like us to mail it to you or another destination, you must provide a legal size self addressed envelope with postage. Payment must be received before we mail your document.
*** We do not have copies of diplomas. You are issued the original at graduation ***
The turn around time is 7-10 working days...NO EXCEPTIONS!!
