The matriculation steps include: 1-Rio Hondo College Application, 2-Online Orientation and Placement Tool, and 3-Educational Plan that must be completed by a Counselor. For Rio Promise students need to also 4-complete the FASFA or CA Dream Act Application and 5-Enroll in 12 units.
Included below and/as attachments are resources that are available.
- First, for the Graduating High School Class of 2020 we have removed the deadline to be eligible for Early Decision Priority Registration for fall. Registration for high school seniors will start on Thursday, April 9th. Students will still need to complete the matriculation steps in order to register. Please note that this flyer is targeted to high school seniors, however Rio Promise is open to all first-time college students.
- Second, students can complete Matriculation Steps 1 and 2 online. Since the Educational Plan must be completed with a counselor, we are providing online workshops, online and telephone appointments.
