Open Enrollment Open Enrollment is for students who live in the Whittier Union High School District attendance area and want to attend a school other than their school of residence. If PHS is your home school, you will automatically be pre-enrolled! Open Enrollment will occur from Monday, January 22, through Friday, February 2, 2024. Go to phs.wuhsd.org for additional details.
