Facility Rental Process:

Step 1:
Review the Facilitron Calendar (click here) to check facility availability.                                                           

Step 2:
Email the Assistant Principal of Business & Activities at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Name of organization or group

  • Contact person (include phone number and email address)

  • Requested date(s), time(s), and facility

  • Proof of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage

  • Certificate holder must list:
    Whittier Union High School District (WUHSD) and
    Pioneer High School, 10800 Benavon Street, Whittier, CA 90606

 

Step 3:
Once all required information is received and reviewed, the contact person will receive a confirmation email with approval status and an estimated rental quote.


Titan Pride Expectations for Renters

  • WUHSD schools receive priority registration for field requests.

  • Please note that all requests are subject to change based on WUHSD school needs, weather conditions, maintenance issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • All facilities must be used appropriately and treated with care.

  • Renters are expected to coordinate and collaborate with custodial staff and the stadium technician as needed.

  • The safety of all guests, spectators, and participants must be maintained at all times.

  • When renting the stadium, all stadium guidelines must be followed (see guidelines here).

  • Payment fees must be submitted to the PHS bookkeeper before the start of the event.
