Pioneer High School Vision:
 
Pioneer High School provides a diverse, inclusive campus where students feel supported and validated. We are committed to developing productive individuals ready to critically engage in the global community.
 
Pioneer High School Mission:
 
Pioneer High School builds meaningful relationships with students in order to provide individualized support and multiple college and career pathways to success to and through graduation.
 
Schoolwide Learner Outcomes:
 
Pioneer High School’s Schoolwide Learner Outcomes (SLOs) outline the expectations that PHS has for its students to reach upon graduation. PHS expects all students to be:

In addition, Pioneer High School's PRIDE program is an agreement of acceptable student and staff behavior.
